An 11 inch skillet that doesn't have a poisonous coating that is STILL nonstick. It is done through a process called Nitriding which is when you harden steel's surface with nitrogen. It becomes very durable and non stick when seasoned properly.
Plus, the handle doesn't get hot, the lid is really nice and has its own little vent hole to prevent steam build up (which makes those nasty hot steam bubbles that pop and burn you). 9/10
Just make sure you wash it a BUNCH when you get it to get the factory “dust” off of it from nitriding. Then season it per the instructions. If you do not season it, it will not work
